The short version: Post Coach runs entirely on your device. Your photos are analyzed locally and stay on your phone — nothing is sent anywhere. We have no accounts, no login, and we do not sell your data.
Post Coach ("the app", "we", "us") is an iOS application that helps you choose and organize your best photos for social posting. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information. If you have questions, contact us at Post.Coach.001@gmail.com.
Post Coach is designed to work entirely on your device. Photo selection, quality scoring, duplicate detection, feed grading, and your saved feed are all processed and stored locally on your iPhone. By default, your photos never leave your device, and we do not operate a server that receives or stores them.
When you choose photos to analyze, the app reads only the images you select through Apple's standard photo picker. Analysis runs on-device. Imported feed screenshots and your analysis results are saved locally on your device (in the app's storage) so they persist between launches. You can remove them at any time within the app, and deleting the app removes them entirely.
Captions, hashtag suggestions, and content tags are generated entirely on your device using built-in analysis. No photo or other data is transmitted off your device to produce them, and nothing is sent to any server.
Post Coach offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions. All purchases are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase. We never see or receive your credit card or payment details. Apple provides us only with your subscription status (which plan is active) so the app can unlock the right features. Payment, billing, and renewals are governed by Apple's terms and your App Store account settings.
We do not embed third-party analytics SDKs. Apple may provide us with aggregate, anonymized crash and usage statistics through App Store Connect if you have opted into sharing diagnostics with developers in your iOS settings; this data is not personally identifiable and is controlled by your device settings.
Post Coach is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
